My first raw food master class and to break the ice, nothing less than IDAM, Alain Ducasse, 3- Michelin star restaurant (December 2017).
Imagine, just 5 years ago, vegetables were only decoration on my plate! Just few years back, the only thing I would actually do in the kitchen is make myself coffee or tea. And then, I reached 80kg and couldn’t fit into my clothes, thinking how it must have been the fault of the clothing company.
5 years back – I couldn’t have dreamed of this, to actually have my first ever raw food master class as my debut – in IDAM, the only 3-star Michelin restaurant in Qatar. It was sold out even before it was announced. My excitement was huge, not only because I had a chance to have my raw master class (for the first time!) in such a place, but also, because I got an opportunity to talk about healthy food, healthy lifestyle, show the importance of it on my own example and success. I got an opportunity to raise awareness about this important topic.
